In the event of any conflict between this section and the Policy, or between this section and the Terms and Conditions, and you at the same time are a resident of California, in relation to your subject to the application of that provision, which provides greater protection of your Personal Data. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at our contact email.

7.2. You have the right to receive information about the Personal Data we have collected over the past 12 months. In response to your request, we will provide you with the following information:
  • Type (1) and type (2) of Personal Data collected about you
  • Method (3) of collecting Personal Data
  • The commercial purposes for which such Personal Data was collected and disclosed
  • List of third parties by category (4) to whom your Personal Data was disclosed
  • Features of the Personal Data collected about you
We do not currently sell any Personal Data, and we have not done so over the past 12 months.

7.3. You have the right to request that we delete your Personal Data that we have collected. If your deletion request is subject to one of these exceptions, we may deny your deletion request.

7.4. To exercise the rights described above, you or your Authorized Agent must send a request to our contact address that meets the following requirements:
  • It contains sufficient information to identify you (for example, your account details)
  • It contains your detailed request, which we can understand, evaluate and to which we can respond
Each request that meets both of these criteria will be considered a "Valid Request." We may not respond to requests that do not meet these criteria. We will only use Personal Data provided in a Valid Request to verify your identity and complete your request. You do not need an account to submit a Valid Request.

7.5. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA. We will not deny you our goods or services, charge you different prices or rates, or provide you a lower quality of goods and services. However, we may provide you with Services to a different extent permitted by Applicable Law and at a different Subscription price depending on the amount of Personal Data you provide.

7.6. Under California Civil Code Sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to contact us to prevent disclosure of Personal Data to third parties for such third parties' direct marketing purposes. To submit such a request, please contact us at our contact address.

Our Services do not support "Do Not Track" requests at this time. To find out more about "Do Not Track," you can visit www.allaboutdnt.com.

You can request that we erase some or all of your Personal Data from our systems
  • Withdrawal of Consent
If we are processing your Personal Data based on your consent (as indicated at the time of collection of such data), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Be aware that after exercising such a right, we will ask for your consent in every necessary case if such processing of your Personal Data is necessary for the provision of the Services
